May 8, 2012 - Don't forget to rub the rub onto the meat. Don't sprinkle it on and expect it to stay there

May 2, 2012 - woooowee i'm going to buy the gold tomorrow thanks. i take it the hinged grate is an accessory.
BarbecueWeb Says:
May 2, 2012 - if you're planning to smoke using a kettle, then the 22.5 Gold is what you need. The hinged grate allows you to add additional charcoal and wood during the "low and slow", and the accumulating ash to be quickly and easily removed to the ash catcher. For whole pig BBQ you'll need a traditional smoker. -BBQ Pit Boys

May 1, 2012 - i was doing some research, about charcoal kettle grills, i was looking at a weber silver one touch kttle grill 22.5, but there's another one caleed one touch gold 22.5 but has a better grate and an ash catcher, my question is would it make a difference buying the cheaper one for smoking and grilling?? oh and one last question i see that weber has a 26.75 one touch gold, would you be able to cook a whole pig using this kettle grill?

Apr 28, 2012 - Those ribs look delicious! I love your videos. Questions: What brand of dry rub did you use or did you make it your own rub, and stored some in that little jar? Why didn't you add the browm sugar on the ribs [with the rub] when they sat for 2 hrs? Would it be alright to do that?
