May 11, 2012 - Sorry irwinpaul666, you CAN put ribs on a grill raw and they can be moist and tender! You gotta smoke them at 220 to 250 degrees for about 4 hours. No need to do any of that crappy boiling or oven baking. Live fire cooking is where it's at!

Apr 6, 2012 - Get the big chunky wood like charcoal....i dunno why they use the small coals but trust me the big chunk coal smokes longer and better!

Jan 20, 2012 - you got a weber? you have a caol starter? try messin with the bottom and top vents...get your coals grey a red...then put the lid on with both vents closed...check on often to make sure you don't put the coals out...once the needle starts steady droopin at about 275....slightly open both vents to let the coals breath....once you get it steady were you want...you can control the temp with the lid pretty easy.you can either use the vent or you can also rotate the lid to control the heat
